You have had such a great impact on the way that I think now. Since everything has happened, I find myself more often thinking, "Does THIS really matter?" The everyday stresses that I go through are usually solved by me thinking... "it will all work out, maybe not the way I WANT it to, but it will all work out." After being well for several years, I still have moments when I remember that life was "simpler" as a sick person sometimes. It's an interesting dynamic that I think many people don't understand. You will always, always, always be able to summon your bigger perspective on life. Every big moment becomes a "I'm so glad I am alive for this right now." I understand your sentiment.
